Nodding off
I must learn how to sleep with my eyes open. It would be a very handy skill to have.

It /is/ very handy! In the military, I learned how to sleep while standing at attention with my eyes open. It’s possible to put yourself in a restful state in all sorts of situations. The trouble, now, is that when I need sleep, it is more difficult to stay awake. It is too easy for me to fall into sleep, which messes with regular sleep patterns.
